How To Place An Order

Pick your Products:

The first step to ordering on the site is to browse around an find the products you are looking for.  When you find  a product you would like to purchase, click on the add to cart button.  When you click on the add to cart button, you will be taken to your shopping cart.  From here you can either check out or you can continue shopping.

Checking out:

When you are ready to check out you can click on the check out button or the "View Cart" button. 

Shipping Options:

When you are checking out, you will have to option to see how much your shipping and handling charges are.  Choose your country of residence (or the country to where you would like your products shipped to).  The website will then give you the option of shipping costs, depending of whether you want Express Shipping or Regular Shipping.

Register:

You will have an opportunity to enter your name, address, phone number, etc on our site.  You can choose that we keep this information on our system, so that next time you won't have to enter this again.  Or you can choose that we delete the information right after your transaction is completed.  You will also have the option to sign up for our newsletter and we highly recommend you do this, since we include great savings coupons in our newsletters.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Credit Card - including Visa, MasterCard, Diner's, Amex, and others
• PayPal - you can pay using PayPal without having a PayPal account.  PayPal is currently also our Credit Card processor.  If you choose to pay us via Credit Card, we process the order through PayPal.
• eCheck - we can take the money directly from your bank account.  It usually takes about a week to verify the funds though, so we can only ship out the order once funds have been verified
• Money Order
• Purchase Order - please make sure that you include either a purchase order number, name of the issuing board and phone number.  If you do not have a purchase order number, please include the name of the issuing board, contact name, fax number and phone number.
• Check - when we receive your check, please allow 7 days to verify funds, before your shipment can be sent.

Options:

During your check out process you will have several options including gift wrapping, a special note to someone, ship to a different address, etc. Some of these options are available at a seperate cost.
